FAQ – Order Assistance & Policies
How to Place an Order
Add the items you want to buy to your shopping cart.
Continue to checkout using either the standard checkout method or PayPal.
Enter your email address, full name, and complete shipping information.
If you have a valid discount code, place it in the Discount field.
Check your address → provide payment information → select Complete Order.
A confirmation message will appear on the website, and a confirmation email will also be sent. Support: service@elunexao.com
Incorrect or Missing Items
Please contact customer support with:
Your order number
A clear image under 1MB showing the issue
After the issue is confirmed, the correct products will be shipped at no extra cost. Email: service@elunexao.com
Confirming Orders
Please check your email for the order confirmation and order number. If you do not see it, review your spam or junk folder.
Modifying Orders
Change requests may be accepted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the same day the order is submitted. After processing begins, changes may no longer be available. Contact: service@elunexao.com
Cart Operations
Add items: Choose available options → Add to Cart
View cart: Open the shopping cart icon
Adjust quantity: Change the Quantity field
Remove item: Click Remove

Payment Methods
Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, Apple Pay.
PayPal Payments
Select PayPal → log in → approve payment → return to the order confirmation page.
Applying Discounts
Enter your promo code → click Apply → the discount will display in the order summary.
Returns & Exchanges
