Order Processing

Most orders are prepared for fulfillment and dispatched within five business days after the order has been successfully submitted.

Once the parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery generally takes 10–20 business days, depending on the destination country and the carrier handling transportation.

• customs clearance, inspections, or required processing

• delays within the carrier’s delivery network

• weather conditions, route interruptions, or other logistical disruptions

Updating Delivery Information

Requests to update the shipping address must be submitted before 11:00 PM (PDT, GMT -7) on the date the order is placed.

After this time, the order may already be in processing, and address changes may no longer be possible.

Different Billing & Shipping Addresses

Customers may provide a shipping address that differs from the billing address used for payment.

Order Fulfillment Schedule
