Return Policy
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before they have shipped or before production has begun.
If the cancellation is approved before dispatch, the full order amount will be refunded to the original payment method.
Once the order has already been shipped, it can no longer be cancelled.
Returns
Return requests may be submitted within 14 days after the product has been delivered.
To be eligible for a return, the product must meet the following requirements:
The item must be unused and kept in the same condition as when received.
The product must be returned together with its original packaging.
A valid order confirmation or proof of purchase must be provided.
Please contact customer support before sending the product back. Return instructions must be issued and followed before shipment.
Customers will not be charged more than one total shipping fee, which may include both the original shipping and return shipping when applicable.
No restocking fee will be applied.
Refunds
Once the returned product has been received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to notify you that the return has been processed.
You will also be informed whether the refund request has been approved.
If approved, the refund will be credited back to the original payment method, usually within several business days depending on the payment provider.
Delayed or Missing Refunds
If your refund has not appeared yet:
Check your bank account again.
Contact your credit card provider, as refunds may take several days to post.
Contact your bank, since processing times can vary.

Return Shipping
Return instructions will be provided once the request has been approved.
For returns due to personal preference or customer-related reasons, the customer may be responsible for return shipping.
For damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped products, return shipping costs will be covered.
